Fancl Core effector

Vegan means no animal-derived ingredients: no beeswax, honey, lanolin, carmine, collagen, silk or milk. Some ingredients like glycerin can come from plants or animals, so a vegan claim on the label matters.

We can't tell if Fancl Core effector is vegan. Glycerin, Squalane and Lecithin can be plant or animal derived (can be made from plants or animal fat) and the label does not say.
