What it does

Tin oxide is a white mineral powder. In highlighters, eye shadows and pearly nail polish it coats mica or synthetic fluorphlogopite flakes so they reflect more light; it also bulks out powders.

CosIng lists it as abrasive, bulking and opacifying. It is mineral and affects none of the six checks.
