What it does

Polyquaternium-10 is cellulose carrying a positive charge. It sticks to hair while a shampoo rinses off and leaves a thin film that smooths the cuticle and cuts static. CosIng lists it as antistatic and film forming.

It is made from plant cellulose and affects none of the six checks.
