What it does

Lauryl glucoside pairs glucose with lauryl alcohol from coconut or palm. It cleans gently, thickens easily and is a standard partner for coco-glucoside and decyl glucoside in sulfate-free cleansers. CosIng lists it as cleansing surfactant.

It is plant-derived, is not a sulfate, and affects none of the six checks.
