If a product lists Isopropyl Alcohol, its alcohol-free answer is No. Nothing else changes.

What it does

Isopropyl alcohol is a small, fast-evaporating alcohol. It dissolves resins in nail products and hair sprays, keeps aerosol foams from clogging and appears in some hand gels and aftershaves. CosIng lists it as solvent, antifoaming and viscosity controlling.

It is a drying alcohol, so the alcohol-free answer is no. It is synthetic and does not affect the other checks.
