What it does

Coco-glucoside belongs to the alkyl polyglucoside family: a sugar head and a coconut-derived tail. It foams less than sulfates and is a common choice in baby washes, sulfate-free shampoos and face cleansers. CosIng lists it as cleansing, foaming and surfactant.

It is plant-derived, is not a sulfate, and affects none of the six checks.
