What it does

CI 74160 is copper phthalocyanine, a deep blue synthetic pigment that does not dissolve in water. It colours bar soaps, shower gels, hair products and eye makeup, and mixed with yellow it gives many greens.

CosIng lists it as a colorant permitted in the EU. It is synthetic and affects none of the six checks.
