Aroma is the label word for a flavour blend in toothpaste, mouthwash and lip products. Like Parfum it can stand for many molecules and brands do not have to list them. CosIng lists it as flavouring.

The label does not say whether the blend smells of anything, so a product whose only scent-related line is Aroma gets a not sure on the fragrance-free check.
